Delivery Information

Our web site accepts orders for delivery to mainland United Kingdom & Northern Ireland only. We are sorry, but we cannot deliver orders to the following postcode areas: GY, HS, IM, JE, KA27-28, KW15-17, PA41-78, PH41-44, TR21-25, ZE.

Order by 1pm on any working weekday and we will ship your in stock items within 1 to 2 working days (Mon-Fri). We use overnight courier services to deliver, and most orders to England, Wales and Southern Scotland (Green on the map) will arrive within 1 to 2 working days. Outlying areas (Grey on the map) can take a few days longer to arrive.  

Green areas on the map are delivered for free. Grey orders incur a charge as clearly displayed during the checkout process. 

Once your order has been shipped you will receive a dispatch notification email giving you the tracking information for the courier. You will also receive an email (And text if you have provided a mobile number with your order) on the morning of the delivery day giving you an estimated time slot for delivery.  If you are not home when the courier arrives, they will leave a card and you can call the number or visit their web site to re-arrange for another day. 

Scottish Highlands postcodes (As determined by our courier) are AB31-38, AB41-56, IV, KW1-16, PA20-38, PA80, PH15-40, PH49-50 We do not deliver to any Scottish offshore Islands. If you live in one of these areas and or Northern Ireland and the Isle of Wight, please choose your location at checkout before completing your order.
