Returns - Defective Products

If you receive your furniture and there are any defects, then at our discretion we will either replace the faulty item or provide a full refund for the total purchase price and we will collect the goods at our cost. Please email sales@yourpricefurniture.co.uk so that we can arrange collection.

Non-Fault Returns - Consumer Contracts Regulations 14 Day Cooling Off Period

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2014, you have the unconditional right to cancel your order within 14 days. The 14 days start from the day after the day that you receive the goods at the designated delivery address. We will provide a full refund for the purchase price of the goods, but not any delivery charges (If the order has been dispatched). In order for us to provide a refund, all goods must be unopened and in as new condition. We unconditionally reserve the right to not refund if the goods are not returned in a suitable condition. Please note that if you exercise this right to return, you will have to pay the cost of returning the goods to us. This charge depends on what is on your order, but is typically in the region of £20 to £40. Please see our delivery information page for further information. Where you exercise this right to cancel, we undertake to refund your money within 7 days of receiving the goods back into our warehouse. In addition to the return delivery charges, we will not refund any delivery charges you may have incurred in receiving your goods. The only exception to this is if the goods are faulty, in which case we bear all the costs.

Under no circumstances (Except if faulty), will flat packed furniture be accepted back once assembly is partially or fully completed. For reasons of hygiene, mattresses will not be accepted back if the bag seals have been opened. Vacuum packed foam mattresses will not be accepted back if they have been decompressed ready for use.
